We believe the strongest way towards long-term impact on the leadership health and culture within local churches is through a growing community of generously committed and prayerfully engaged partners. Whether that means $10 or $1000, these consistent partnerships help grow the community and extend the impact in local churches and kingdom organizations all over.
A COHORT FOR LEADERS IN MIDLIFE
This initiative addresses a critical need that surfaced in our collaborations with dozens of pastors and churches around the country. This cohort is designed to support pastors and Christian ministry leaders in midlife (late-30s - mid-50s).
By investing in this cohort we can provide a communal pathway for leaders to navigate the unique challenges of this "middle passage" season and help them emerge as SecondHalf leaders.
THE ROOTS&EMBERS PODCAST
In our work to support leaders and teams, we engage with experts from a variety of domains, fields, and settings (i.e., christian higher education, theology, psychology, spiritual formation, coaching, and marketplace leadership).
We want to bring these conversations to a broader audience so that anyone engaged in the meaningful work of healing and growth, people wrestling with questions in their faith journey, and for leaders looking for guidance can find a new source of discovery and hope.
